(1) PS foam sheet extrusion line: make PS foam sheet from raw material
(2) Automatic Vacuum Forming and Cutting Integrated Machine: make PS sheet to finished products, such as PS foam tray, PS foam box etc. (we can design mold according to customer requirements)
(3) PS Crushing and Recycling Machine: recycle waste products to granules, the can mix with new material and put into PS foam sheet extruder again.
1. 105/120 PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line
This production line adopts double-screw foam sheet extrusion technology. PS foam sheet is a kind of new-type packing material with the features of heat preservation, safety, sanitation and good plasticity. It’s mainly used to make various types of food containers, such as lunch box, dinner trays, bowls etc. by thermoforming. 2. Automatic Vacuum Forming and Cutting Machine
This forming and cutting incorporated machine designed by our company is all-powerful. The main way is vacuum forming as well as press forming and synthetical forming. It can be used for forming kinds of PS foam sheet. This machine adopt PLC control, it has group possesses reliable stability, large forming area, high production and automatic degree. This machine mainly forms the PSP material which is used to produce food container, tray, bowl, etc. Forming, cutting, stacking is done in the same machine, saving labor, improving efficient, lowing labor intensity and reducing production cost. Production process is to put foam sheet into forming machine, and product and wastage will come out from the rear part.

3.PS Crushing and Recycling Machine
This machine is special for polystyrene. It adopts single screw, double stage plasticification, increasing compress ratio. The whole machine consists of crusher, main machine, cooling tank and granulator. It can recycle many foamed products, such as PS, XPS, and EPS etc.
Major Construction Features:
1. This machine adopts advanced PLC controlling system; It can automatically finish a series of tasks including feeding, heating, thermoforming, cooling, drawing off patterns, cutting and stacking.
2. It's equipped with a feeding device of a precision retarding electric machine, and geared by a double-lined needle-point chain, this machine can achieve both accuracy and stability during high-speed operations; What is more, it is also easy to make quick adjustments so as to make good use of the plastic sheets to reduce waste.
3. Equipped with a unique divided temperature control system and a precision remote infrared ceramic heater, this machine can get the most stable and even temperature, and at the same time achieve electricity saving.
4. This machine also possesses some special features: It can be manually pre-started, the switch console can be moved up and down according to needs, it can achieve a delaying vacuum state or a vacuum state for a second time, and it can be put on patterns for a second time, also it can draw off patterns through shaking. All these special features can help to accelerate the forming speed and ensure the quality of the products.
