Waste paper Egg Tray Production Line Apple Tray Making Machine
Paper Egg Tray Machine is used to process raw material waste paper into egg tray/carton/box, bottle holder, fruit tray and shoe cover etc. Whole production will be finished by one production line. In this production line, their main engine has three types: reciprocating type, Tumblet Type and rotation typewhich working method is different. Usually rotation type machine capacity is bigger.
The production line is mainly combined by THREE PARTS:
1. Pulping system
(meaning: Use waste paper and water as raw material and pulp up) ;
2. Forming system
(meaning: The pulped material being delivered to Egg tray moulds, and forming to the Egg tray plate shape) ;
3. Drying system
(Meaning : The formed Egg tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come up to Completed Strong Egg tray plate) .
The drying system is with one boiler. The drying system can use electricity, or diesel, or coal, or natural gas as energy. Customers must first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our production.
Working principle of egg tray forming machine:
Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.

It's a fully automatic egg tray production line with high automation.
This type of production line consists of a pulp making system, a rotary type forming machine, a six-layer dryer, a vacuum system, an air compressor, and other auxiliary equipment.
The forming machine is the rotary type, with 8 faces forming molds and 6pcs/h per time.
Mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, egg carton, fruit trays, cup carriers, and disposable medical care products.
The raw material is the waste paper, waste carton, newspapers, books, magazine, and etc.
